Part 69: Turn 72 - 11th November 1944

The Guards are attacked.

We hold here again.

Losses are high this week.

But there are so many options for fucking them up.

The bombers mostly pound their ground units.

We begin with more clean up.

So many prisoners, so little time.

Dieppe falls, giving me an important port in northern France.

A large number of Germans are cut off in Dunkirk. Ironically. I also pocket a huge number more by linking up near Maastricht. This is the final death knell of the Third Reich.

I continue to push forwards. I am cleaning out the troops, but the advance takes precedence.

To Berlin!

I make the hole bigger.

Much bigger.

This is not good for Adolph Hitler.

Emden falls, and more supplies can flow to my men.

CHARGE!

So close! And they have nothing in the way.

That clears the supply lines down here.

We just take another city.

Most of the advance stalls our men are low on everything. I do rescue the guards though!

Germany loses another hundred thousand men.
